For more than 25 years, I have worked alongside senior leaders across business, the public sector, iwi, philanthropic and for-purpose organisations in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Much of my work has been with leaders shaping significant change - navigating complex systems, challenging established ways of thinking and creating new pathways forward.
Over many years working alongside leaders carrying heavy responsibility, I have learned that the personal and the strategic dimensions of leadership go hand in hand.

I am a social scientist by training and began my working life in community development, social research and social policy. That grounding has never left me.
